Energy Clearing Meditation

Sundays beginning April 23rd -  7 pm at The Pad Studios

Embrace the present moment through breathing exercises. Train your mind to induce a mode of consciousness to reach inner peace. Move through old thought patterns and stuck energy patterns in your chakras and aura to feel more alive, awake and aligned with your highest self.
